We accept all major credit and debit cards and PayPal or Venmo payments are accepted.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. Charleston Home Cleaning, at its discretion, reserves the right to charge the customer for any cancellation within 24 hours of service.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We honor all of our work by guaranteeing our service. Notifications must be provided within 48 hours of a service appointment. At no additional cost, we will ensure all areas are addressed. Service guarantee requests after the 48 hours grace period will be considered by Charleston Home Cleaning on a case-by-case basis, but is not guaranteed.
